This Mary Mother of Hope NS project involved the construction of 3 large detached dwellings with a new road, services including foul and storm, water, ESB, Gas and extensive site works.
This involved a three storey extension attached to an existing occupied school on two sides and overlooking a playground on the other two sides. This Mary Mother of Hope NS project had a tight compound area. Therefor, it had restricted access times for deliveries of heavy loads. Works to the existing building included a new site road, services and car parking. In addition, we provided an all-weather pitch and associated site works. Furthermore, we produced method statements for carrying out all new construction works adjacent to the existing occupied school.
