M. L. Quinn Construction is delighted to be awarded the contract for Ladyswell National School, Buzzardstown, Dublin. The project will involve the erection of a two storey, detached building with accommodation. This will comprise of eight resource rooms, a library, kitchen, breakfast room, WC accommodation, stair cores and lift. It will also include an entrance lobby/reception and open sided covered walkway linking the existing building with the new.
Laurence Quinn says “We are thrilled to be awarded this contract for Ladyswell NS and eager for work to commence.”

The 2018 football season was concluded for Belleeks GAC on Saturday 9th March with an Annual Awards night and presentation supper in Belleek Country House. We wish the team and club all the best for the year ahead!
M.L. Quinn Construction has been chosen to construct 4 houses for Tuath Housing Association in Collinstown Grove, Clondalkin.
Established in 2000, Túath Housing and has been awarded Voluntary Housing Status by the Department of the Environment. In addition, it is a member of the Irish Council for Social Housing. Túath meets a wide variety of housing needs throughout Ireland, providing accommodation for single people, families and those with special needs.
Laurence Quinn says “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Tuath and look forward to a successful project for all.” Construction on the project will commence shortly.
A recent housing project completed by M.L. Quinn Construction for Fingal County Council at Ballyboughal has just been Shortlisted for the 2019 Irish Construction Excellence Awards (residential category). The Awards Ceremony and Gala Event will take place on Friday 29 March in the Mansion House, Dublin.
