This Bundoran Flats Refurbishment involved renovating an existing large victorian house. This allowed for the construction of 6 new apartments. Work involved new electrical and mechanical upgrades and interior and exterior finishes. We also provided new kitchens and bathrooms for all apartments. A small degree of sitework was also required.
