This Lurgan Housing Refurbishment involved External Cyclic Maintenance on 200 properties. This included window and door replacements and roof repairs. In addition, we replaced fascia and gutters. We also provided exterior paint & general aesthetic upgrades. The project also involved external upgrades such as fencing, footpath and boundary wall repairs.
