M.L. Quinn Construction Ltd. completed this Kilhedge Lane housing development in July 2024. The project included construction of 31 no. single-storey sheltered housing units. It also involved and a single-storey communal facility. The housing units consisted of pitched and flat roofs. There was traditional construction involved also which included a mix of block, brickwork and steel structure.
